About Us

AN UPDATE ON OUR CURDO’S AUTOMOTIVE FAMILY

WE WILL BE CELEBRATING 30 YEARS IN BUSINESS IN 2018!

Hard to believe it has been 30 years.  Andy and I will be celebrating our 30th year of marriage this October.  Within 2 months we started Curdo's Automotive and jumped in with both feet.  It was a sacrafice at the beginning, but Andy's experience, excellent knowledge, honesty and loyalty to our ever growing customers was apparent.  Word spread fast and through the years we have developed a wonderful customer base.  We continue to grow, even now.  We dedicate ourselves to continuing to keep up with the constant changes of the automotive field.  We pride ourselves in the safety, upkeep, and happiness of our customers, many who have become life long friends.  Many who have seen our family grow with 3 children, Steve, Anna, and Sam.  We dedicate ourselves to continuing to serve our customers with excellence, safety and pride that we always take in our work.  Thank you for putting your trust in us.

Andy continues to attend seminars to keep up with the changes in the automotive industry.  He still enjoys attending tractor shows, but his newest passion for the last couple years has been sawmilling.  We have aquired one that he rebuilt and enjoy using it producing beautiful wood pieces.  After this past winters long battle with Shingles we are so glad Andy is back on his feet and enjoying things again.

Steve continues to thrive here at the shop.  He did an amazing job when Andy was down for 4 months over the winter.  Steve has a great repore with our customers and his experience has greatly increased over the years.  We have absolute confidence in Steve running the shop whenever needed.  He is now on his own, moving out January 1st of this year.  Mom, of course misses him, but not his laundry or the higher grocery bills to feed him.  Steve also attends seminars and workshops to enrich his knowledge of the work we provide here at Curdo's Automotive.  We are very lucky to have such a wonderful, dedicated, caring son.  We could not continue our successfull business without him.

Matt Downs started with us this year on a part time basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays.  An excellent mechanic and hard worker, we are lucky to have him. He and Steve have known each other many years.  Matt also has a lawn care business and hopes to establish that business over the next few years.  He takes care of all lawn care needs and also plows in the winter.  He is reasonable and very thorough.  Feel free to look him up or contact us if you are in need of his services.  Matt has proven to be a valuble asset to Curdo's Automotive and we hope he continues with us for as long as possible, but wish him luck with his business as well.

Jamese Greer started with us April of this year.  Jamese is a fast learner and proving to be very valuble in our office.  Her southern accent and charm are wonderfully refreshing to be around.  We have known Jamese for many years as our sons played baseball together.  She continues to "learn the ropes" here and we have complete confidence in her to have the job down in no time.  We hope Jamese is enjoying working with us as we are with her.

Mom Curdo (Leslie) continues to work her 2 days a week, usually Monday and Wednesday. She enjoys doing projects at home with the house and yard.  With Anna starting her senior year at Kutztown University, mom continues to support and counsel Anna whenever needed. :)  Anna finished her junior year making the Deans List.  We are so proud of her and her hard work towards her degree in Psychology.  She has started looking for her "path" in which her degree will take her.       Sam will be entering his sophmore year in high school.  He is obsessed with fishing and still enjoys baseball and basketball.  Sam has recently joined the West Bradford Fire House as a junior firefighter, following in his big brothers footsteps.  We are very proud of him for his persistance in school and outside interests.

We also want to take a moment to thank ALL of our customers through the last 30 years.  You have trusted us with the safety and security of yourselves and your families.  We have seen your children born and are now taking care of their vehicles.  It is our honor to continue our relationship with you.  May God bless you all and as always, BE SAFE.
